Abstract

The belief that students who take remedial teaching will certainly get good grades without the effort of these students, making students in Adiguna High School less motivated in participating in remedial teaching activities. This becomes a problem for students. Thus, it is necessary to provide assistance to improve student learning motivation. Through the provision of tutoring programs to students can increase student motivation in participating in remedial teaching activities carried out by teachers in schools. So that in the future students will carry out remedial teaching activities with high motivation.
