Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru SD Sukamenanti Bandar Lampung

Abstract

The purpose of holding classroom action research (CAR) training is that teachers are able to apply learning models in class, analyze their research data with statistical analysis, produce quality CAR, increase student learning outcomes as a result of improving the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers through CAR. The target for this activity were the teachers of SD Negeri Sukamenanti in Bandar Lampung. This activity was held on May 15, 2023 in the teacher's room. At the meeting a general presentation of scientific writing material, Classroom Action Research techniques and procedures and Presentation techniques was given, and ended with the making of a Classroom Action Research (CAR) proposal up to its cycles. Evaluation activities are carried out at the beginning and end of the training. The final result in this training was obtained data that there was an increase in knowledge of implementing learning models, analysis, and being able to produce CAR products.
