Abstract

The understanding of low-achievement students and some high-performing students, this will certainly impress a negative impact on their motivation in learning, especially against the achievement motivation in the learning process. But the motivation of achievement is one of the most necessary things to achieve success. Through the provision of training to the teacher aimed at improving student motivation in following the remedial teaching activities implemented in school. Going to the teacher can undermine the remedial teaching activities to students so that student motivation become high.
