Seminar Tentang Kemampuan Guru dalam Mengelola Metodologi Pembelajaran Akuntansi dalam Rangka Mengembangkan Kemampuan Mengajar Guru di Kelas Pada SMK Yadika Natar Tahun 2017

Abstract

One important  factor that is very influential on overall learning success is the ability and success of teachers to design learning materials. Students' understanding and skills in teaching and learning are very dependent on the ability and appreciation of the teacher's lessons. Based on the above background, we took the initiative to propose community service activities at SMK Yadika Natar South Lampung through seminars on the ability of teachers to manage accounting learning methodologies in order to develop the teaching skills of teachers in classrooms at SMK Yadika Natar. The training aims to help teachers develop ideas when managing a learning plan. By attending this seminar, it is hoped that Yadika Natar Vocational School teachers will have an increase in teaching and good achievement. This Community Service activity is specifically aimed at all 26 teachers at SMK Yadika Natar, South Lampung. Based on observations of the suitability of the schedule and implementation of the activities, it can be concluded that this activity ran smoothly. Besides that, the enthusiasm, high enthusiasm, and curiosity of the participants made the seminar of each material very effective and efficient.
