Understanding political culture is important for beginner voters who predominantly sit in class XII of high school or equivalent because it will equip students to use their political aspirations in implementing democratic general elections in Indonesia. Understanding political culture for novice voters is also an effort to regenerate democratic life in Indonesia. Realizing the importance of understanding political culture for novice voters, this outreach activity was carried out. The aim is to reduce the risk of abstention and the practice of money politics among novice voters, to encourage the implementation of good democracy and to prevent the politicization of ethnicity and religion (SARA). This service activity uses a socialization method that actively involves students in discussions, questions and answers, and case studies. The result of this service activity is an increase in the understanding of political culture of class. This is evidenced by the increase in the pre-test and post-test scores of 23%.
