Abstract

Likewise in the case of cooperatives, conventional management will bring more benefits to many parties if it is implemented on a syariah basis. The aim of community service in the form of socializing syariah-based cooperative management in the Bandar Lampung Tower Employees cooperative is to increase understanding and work systems or procedures in terms of transaction contracts carried out at the Cooperative. Tower Employees. So that all contracts or transactions that occur can follow syariah guidelines. The importance of this socialization is given so that the orientation of cooperative employees, cooperative members, stakeholders and all cooperative users has a profit orientation not only in this world, but also in the afterlife. This money activity was attended by Tower Bandar Lampung cooperative employees and was held on Tuesday-Wednesday 28-29 May 2024 at the Tower Employees cooperative office, Jln. Darussalam Kel. Susunan Baru Bandar Lampung. It takes place for 8 hours per day, for 2 days, starting at 08.00 to 16.00 and is attended by all employees of the Bandar Lampung Tower cooperative. This service activity is relevant to employee needs regarding cooperative management activities on a syariah basis.
