Workshop Penyegaran Konsep, Tujuan, dan Ruang Lingkup Pembelajaran Matematika Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar di Bandar Lampung Tahun 2024

Based on the results of observations and interviews with several school principals. Information was obtained that there were several class teachers in elementary schools in Bandar Lampung who had a low understanding of the concepts, objectives and scope of mathematics learning in elementary schools. This condition has the impact that mathematics learning cannot be carried out by the class teacher concerned and uses teachers who specialize in mathematics content. One effort that can be made to overcome this problem is to carry out a workshop to refresh the concepts, objectives and scope of elementary school mathematics learning for teachers. The aim of this activity is for teachers to have adequate mastery of concepts, understanding of objectives, and adequate knowledge about the scope of mathematics learning. The targets of this service activity are teachers in elementary schools throughout the city of Bandar Lampung based on the assignment of each school principal. This activity was carried out on 14 – 15 June 2024 at the Teachers' Room at SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Seneng, attended by 20 participants. The results and benefits of this service activity are an increase in participants' understanding and mastery of the concepts, objectives and scope of mathematics learning in elementary schools.
