Motivasi Kewirausahaan Bagi Siswa-Siswi Kelas 3 SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung Agar Menjadi Lulusan Yang Berdaya Saing Tinggi

Abstract

Solution to increase student entrepreneurship motivation by identifying and providing solutions to factors that hinder students' motivation to entrepreneurship. Motivation in individuals can arise because of the need to encourage work. Individuals will have the drive to do entrepreneurial work due to the strong belief that the entrepreneurial profession is the best way to make changes in the quality of life individually and in society. Before gaining this confidence, prospective entrepreneurs have made various considerations and thoughts about various aspects needed for entrepreneurship. Based on interviews with class XII students it was found that 85% of students were still less motivated about entrepreneurship and skills for entrepreneurship. As a solution to these problems, the service team provides student entrepreneurship motivation. The results of the evaluation, then obtained the results and benefits of this community service include increasing entrepreneurial motivation and factors that influence it.
