Abstract

Assessment rubrics to support online learning and to support face-to-face learning will be needed by teachers who are members of the Indonesian Language MGMP SMP Pesawaran Regency. Results of interviews with Mr. Anton Suwarjo, S.Pd., M.Pd. as chairman of the Pesawaran Regency Indonesian Language MGMP, to improve skills in making assessment rubrics, it is necessary to provide a training solution and assistance in making or designing according to the needs of junior high school Indonesian language subjects. Due to this problem, the solution needed is to hold intensive and ongoing training on creating assessment rubrics, both online and offline. This training should include basic theory about assessment, examples of effective assessment rubrics, as well as hands-on practice in creating and testing assessment rubrics for various types of assignments, including writing poetry. In addition, providing practical modules and guides that can be accessed at any time will greatly assist teachers in developing and improving their assessment rubrics. Collaboration and discussions between MGMP members also need to be improved to share knowledge and experience, so that overall, the quality of assessments at Pesawaran Regency Middle Schools can be improved.
