Abstract

In the learning process there are many factors that influence the achievement of learning outcomes, one of which is the ability of teachers to apply innovative learning models to facilitate the delivery of teaching materials to students. But in practice, the learning process tends to be monotonous and only centered on the teacher (teacher centered), teachers tend to use conventional methods. With these conditions it will affect the learning outcomes. As a solution to overcome this, a training was held on the use of innovative learning models for the Ma'arif 02 Bangunrejo High School teachers. This activity takes place through providing information about innovative learning models, discussion, and discussing the strengths and weaknesses of each innovative learning model. After going through the discussion process, the next step is simulation by giving the opportunity to the teacher council to prepare and create learning media that is accompanied by a team of devotees. After the implementation of community service activities are expected to improve the quality and results of class learning.
