Abstract

One of the abilities that must be possessed by kindergarten teachers or teachers is to understand child development. These developments can be done through communication while learning. Some things to consider when learning process include how to build a pleasant communication between the teacher and students. Early childhood education can be achieved through effective communication with play while learning methods. In the process sometimes the teacher unwittingly cannot communicate effectively with his students, often the child does not respond to what the teacher says because the sentences are difficult for students to understand, sentences that are convoluted and too long, do not understand the child's feelings when communicating. The targets of the implementation of the training activities are kindergarten and Kober Bandar Lampung teachers. This training activity was held on April 15, 2019, located at Titah Bunda Bandar Lampung. The service activities obtained by the following results, the interaction between the teacher and students can be well established, lively and fun. Enthusiastic students always respond to what the teacher tells them to. This greatly affects the development of children's learning outcomes.
