Pelatihan Menulis Surat Lamaran Pekerjaan Bagi Guru SMK Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung

Abstract

This training is conducted as a form of participation towards the problems being faced by teachers. Problems encountered are related to writing a job application letter. The worst impact is that companies or agencies that receive application letters describe applicants as people who are less thorough, incompetent, and so forth. Therefore, the training in writing job application letters is needed in the form of describing and practicing. This training was held at SMK Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung, where participants were teachers and participated by the students. This activity took place through the provision of information about an effective job application letter, as well as discussing mistakes that are often made when writing a job application letter. Furthermore, the activities carried out are simulations by providing an opportunity for the teacher council to make a job application letter accompanied by a team of devotees. Expectations of serving after this activity is carried out, the teachers can improve students' abilities and interests in writing job application letters.
