Abstract

The training activities were carried out with a problem with the Baitul Insan TKIT teachers who felt it was not yet maximal in creating a conducive classroom with various characteristics of early childhood students. This dedication activity took the form of classroom management training in an early childhood guidance and counseling approach and was carried out on June 24, 2019. At the end of the activity, participants were asked to play roles in classroom management. The results obtained from this activity are (1) Baitul insan TKIT teacher gained new insights in conducting classroom management for early childhood with a variety of approaches, (2) TKIT teachers understand classroom management to control children's behavior with an early childhood counseling guidance approach, (3) TKIT teachers can minimize the wrongdoing behavior of children with the approach of guidance and counseling so that the creation of classroom situations that can help achieve maximum learning.
