Pemberdayaan Guru SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung dalam Pengintegrasian Pendidikan Karakter pada Pembelajaran Daring
Abstract
The Adiguna Bandar Lampung High School teacher empowerment workshop in integrating character education into online learning aims to guide participants in instilling character education values for students. This activity was carried out with the problems of Adiguna Bandar Lampung High School teachers who had difficulty in instilling character education values for students during the online learning process. This service activity is in the form of a workshop on the importance of inculcating character education for students, what are the values of character education that need to be instilled in students and how to apply them during the online learning process. At the end of the activity, participants were asked to develop a plan that would be applied to integrate character education into online learning in accordance with applicable norms. From the results of monitoring and evaluation carried out by STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung lecturers, it was obtained that the teachers at Adiguna Senior High School Bandar Lampung had integrated character education into online learning and with these efforts, of course, students became more enthusiastic, obedient, polite, responsible, honest, and discipline in the learning process.
