Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to develop the talents and interests of elementary school students by using group guidance and counseling services. The talents and interests of students are things that must be developed. Student interest needs to be developed so that it will increase students' willingness to learn. Thus, learning activities will also become more conducive and learning objectives will also be achieved. In addition to interest, talent is also a determinant of a student determining the next step in education, such as higher education. Talent is a person's natural ability from birth. The methods used in this community service activity are lectures, interviews, discussions, questions and answers, and training. Community service activities at MIN 9, Jalan Tamin No. 36, Tanjung Karang Barat Subdistrict, Suka Jawa Village, Bandar Lampung City went well according to the results of the responses from the partner satisfaction level questionnaire in the implementation of community service which said that partners responded positively to this service activity.
