Abstract

This training aims to improve product promotion skills using digital marketing in English. The target in this activity is the Adiksi Coffee micro, small and medium enterprises which are engaged in the food and beverage trade. In product marketing, Adiksi Coffee has used several online marketing media but only limited to social media. Adiksi Coffee has not yet marketed its products through a website or blog and is still limited to marketing in Indonesian. To improve business results, the service team from STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung is trying to help the Adiksi Coffee team to develop product marketing through digital marketing-based promotional training in English. The service was attended by a team from Adiksi Coffee and a service team from STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung on Monday, May 23, 2022, at the Adiksi Coffee meeting room in Bandar Lampung. Activities are carried out using training methods. The results obtained from this training are (1) improvement of the understanding of the coffee addiction team, especially the marketing department related to digital marketing. (2) improvement of the understanding of the participants to create a website to increase promotion. (3) improvement the ability of participants to understand the use of digital marketing websites in the promotion process and (4) improvement the ability of participants to market their products in English.
