Abstract

The purpose of this training is to increase teachers' understanding in using the independent teaching platform in order to understand the independent curriculum as an optimization of teacher professionalism in facing the adjustment of the independent curriculum. This training activity was attended by the principal and all teachers at SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung. This training is based on the lack of understanding of the Adiguna Bandar Lampung High School teachers regarding the Merdeka Curriculum and the Merdeka Teaching Platform. An independent curriculum and an independent teaching platform are part of free learning which is prepared to respond to the challenges of changing times. The training activity was carried out in the Adiguna SMA hall on Monday, May 16, 2022. This training resulted in (1) increasing the understanding of Adiguna SMA teachers regarding changes or adjustments to the independent curriculum through the independent teaching platform. (2) increasing the understanding of Adiguna SMA teachers regarding the structure of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. (3) Increased understanding of Adiguna SMA teachers in using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform independently, both using the web and smartphones so as to create optimal professionalism for teachers.
