Workshop Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada Guru-Guru SMK Trisakti Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Teachers want their students always to achieve the best. However, maybe this noble desire is sometimes, even often not achieved for various reasons. For example, teachers may often find students unmotivated, less motivated, less confident, less disciplined, less responsible, and so on. Surely the teacher has made efforts to overcome it, but maybe the results are still less than desired. For this reason, teachers need to conduct research in their classrooms in order to improve student learning outcomes that are desired by all parties. The serving team has the desire to carry out service activities with the title "Classroom Action Research on Trisakti Bandar Lampung Vocational School Teachers" carried out on October 28, 2019. Located at Trisakti Vocational School Bandar Lampung, this activity lasted for ± 6 hours, starting at 09.00 WIB until at 16.00 WIB, the isoma time was cut by 1 hour from 12.00-13.00 WIB, which was attended by 27 participants.
