This activity was conducted on November 9, 2024, attended by 13 students from the Department of Economics and Business, along with 6 lecturers. The training was divided into three main sessions: an explanation of the concepts of plagiarism and paraphrasing, a paraphrasing simulation, and hands-on practice in creating paraphrases from selected articles. Before the training, a survey revealed that 53.8% of participants were unaware of the concept of plagiarism, such as copying and pasting information without citing the source being classified as plagiarism. The final results of the training showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of plagiarism concepts and their skills in applying paraphrasing techniques. The material taught included understanding the content of a text, rewriting it in their own words, and citing the original source. In order to support these activities, the STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung PKM TEAM is promoting activities that focus on improving literacy in schools. One of the efforts made is by making a wall magazine. The PKM carried out is mentoring in the form of tutoring and training in improving literacy. In mentoring, several methods are applied. The counseling methods used included lectures, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The material was delivered in a structured manner using language that was appropriate to the students' cognitive development. This counseling emphasized a preventive approach by providing information and building awareness of the importance of responsible behavior in everyday life. The results of the activity showed that after the counseling, there was a significant increase in the level of student understanding. Before the activity, only about 30% of students had basic knowledge of sex education. However, after the counseling, more than 85% of students were able to answer questions correctly related to the material presented. In addition, students showed high enthusiasm in discussions, reflecting their interest in this topic. This training is designed so that participants can understand and apply the basic principles of scientific writing effectively. The evaluation results showed that 95% of the participants succeeded in achieving a good understanding of writing scientific papers. This is reflected in the quality of the presentation which shows a significant increase in their ability to compose scientific articles with structure and content that meets academic standards. These findings indicate that this training was successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of teachers at MTS Raudatul Ulum 3 in scientific writing.
