Digital-based learning where teachers utilize technology in preparation and implementation will make the teacher more innovative in providing learning material. The problem occurred at SDS Sejahtera III Sindang Sari, based on the results of interviews with the principal, only 25 percent of teachers that used technology (computers/laptops) in their teaching in the class, and only 50 percent of teachers mastered Microsoft Office. Based on the problems above, it is needed a solution to improve teachers' innovation abilities by providing knowledge and training in using the Liveworksheet application to increase teachers' innovation abilities in making Student Worksheets (LKPD). Interactive Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on Liveworksheet application can provide learning variations to students so that the learning process is more interesting and not boring. The stages of activities carried out are socialization and training about the Liveworksheet application, mentoring and evaluation. This material includes knowledge, concepts, principles, procedures, application theory, and examples. However, teachers at partner schools do not yet fully have the knowledge and skills needed to make learning videos. This training will be provided by the Community Partnership Program team to overcome this problem. It is hoped that this training will teach teachers how to create high-quality instructional videos for the subjects they study. The plan is that the video will be uploaded to the school website or YouTube, so that students can easily access it during the learning process. As part of the Community Partnership Program, three speakers will speak at this event. They will talk about Canva and learning videos and how teachers at partner schools have used them to create learning videos. This service activity is relevant to the needs of students, where if there are no major educational sins occurring, learning will be more comfortable and calmer. It is hoped that instilling character values ​​will have an impact on students' daily lives to become human beings who care about their environment and oppose all actions that harm other people. From the results of the monitoring and evaluation carried out by the presenters, it was clear that the participants gave a positive response, this could be seen from the students' attitudes after taking part in the socialization in instilling character values ​​to prevent the occurrence of the three major educational sins, namely intolerance, bullying and sexual violence. Training on the use of regional literature as literary teaching material to form character education at SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung which is planned to be held on the 2nd of May 2024. The role play method is a method in the teaching and learning process which aims to make it easier for students to grasp the material provided by the teacher. The role play method can be said to be a fun method for teachers and students. This method also uses various models with the facilities provided. The role play method provides students with the opportunity to practice their speaking skills in different social and functional backgrounds. The results of implementing service activities show that the role play method is effective in increasing motivation in teaching English. Implementing this community service activity are four lecturers and two students who have competence in education and teaching, educational psychology and student development. This activity was carried out on May 8, 2024, which was attended by 32 participants. This activity was carried out using lecture and practice methods. In this training, students as participants were equipped with: 1) Concept Definition of the Self-Directed Learning Model in English Lessons based on the Merdeka Curriculum, 2) Principles and Characteristics of the Self-Directed Learning Model in English Lessons, and 3) Procedures for setting learning objectives, making learning plans, and how to observe their learning, to providing feedback or evaluation from the teacher.
