Some of the problems that arise in the world of education include the lack of exemplary character of teachers to students, low understanding of teachers about character education, and lack of training for teachers to understand the importance of character education. This encourages the proposer of the proposal to combine ideas and ideas that solve these problems in training activities. The approach method used in this community service is through training activities. To find out the success of the training activities, mentoring was carried out after the training activities ended. The results of this Community Service can be concluded that this training was quite successful where the trainees were very enthusiastic in training activities, this was also because each teacher had never received socialization from the government regarding government policies by providing Strengthening Character Education in Schools. This activity was carried out by the problems faced by the teachers of SMP PGRI 1 Trimurjo, Central Lampung, who had difficulty in utilizing web-based learning media. <br />This service activity is in the form of a workshop on the importance of learning media and how to use learning media, especially web-based learning media in classroom learning. At the end of the activity, participants were asked to practice using web-based learning media. One of the efforts to overcome these problems is to strengthen local historical values in Indonesian language learning with the right teachers so that the learning process on local historical values in Indonesian language learning becomes more interesting, creative and innovative. So that students become more active in the teaching and learning process, and their learning outcomes are maximized. With these conditions, the motivation and achievement of students in learning activities are expected to increase. As a solution to increase students' motivation and achievement in learning, one of them is by understanding the material about Strengthening Local Historical Values in Indonesian Language Learning, so that it can improve the quality of learning. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service activity include providing knowledge and understanding of the appropriate material for Local Historical Values in Indonesian Language Learning to be used in the learning process. The target in this activity is the Adiksi Coffee micro, small and medium enterprises which are engaged in the food and beverage trade. In product marketing, Adiksi Coffee has used several online marketing media but only limited to social media. Adiksi Coffee has not yet marketed its products through a website or blog and is still limited to marketing in Indonesian. To improve business results, the service team from STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung is trying to help the Adiksi Coffee team to develop product marketing through digital marketing-based promotional training in English. The service was attended by a team from Adiksi Coffee and a service team from STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung on Monday, May 23, 2022, at the Adiksi Coffee meeting room in Bandar Lampung. Activities are carried out using training methods. The results obtained from this training are (1) improvement of the understanding of the coffee addiction team, especially the marketing department related to digital marketing. (2) improvement of the understanding of the participants to create a website to increase promotion. This training activity was attended by the principal and all teachers at SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung. This training is based on the lack of understanding of the Adiguna Bandar Lampung High School teachers regarding the Merdeka Curriculum and the Merdeka Teaching Platform. An independent curriculum and an independent teaching platform are part of free learning which is prepared to respond to the challenges of changing times. The training activity was carried out in the Adiguna SMA hall on Monday, May 16, 2022. This training resulted in (1) increasing the understanding of Adiguna SMA teachers regarding changes or adjustments to the independent curriculum through the independent teaching platform. (2) increasing the understanding of Adiguna SMA teachers regarding the structure of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform.
