This training integrates critical reading techniques to analyze texts systematically, creative reading to develop new ideas, and synthetic reading that trains students to compare and synthesize ideas from various sources. The training method uses an interactive approach and teaching materials that have been specifically developed to support the improvement of these skills. The results of the training showed a significant increase in students' ability to read and process information critically and creatively, as well as the ability to compile syntheses from various readings, which supports their academic and professional readiness. Mentoring reading, writing and arithmetic is provided directly and face to face. This learning activity is carried out in small groups located in Susunan Baru, Langkapura District. Before starting mentoring reading, writing and arithmetic, the PKM Team conducted field observations to identify problems. After that, they made plans and activity schedules. The material given to students remains in the context of reading, writing and arithmetic, but is adjusted to the needs of each child. The mentoring process for reading, writing and arithmetic went smoothly. This community service activity aims to enhance students' formal communication skills through email and short messages. The activity was conducted in June 2025 and involved 30 sixth and eighth semester students from STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. These students came from two study programs: English Language Education and History Education. Through socialization, simulation, and practical evaluation methods, students were equipped with an understanding of professional email structure, the differences between formal and informal language, and digital communication etiquette appropriate to the Indonesian cultural context. The training was conducted offline using the Training Service model and involved 30 participants from SMK Ma’arif 1 Semaka, Tanggamus Regency. The training activities were carried out in four stages: (1) preparation, (2) implementation of local history story writing training, (3) evaluation of training outcomes, and (4) follow-up planning conducted online. Participants were divided into groups based on historical periods covered, such as the prehistoric era, Hindu-Buddhist period, and Islamic period. Each group was trained to explore, compile, and narrate historical events or local figures in the form of engaging and communicative short stories.
