Author Guidelines

JETA: Journal of English Teaching and Applied Linguistic accept the article on English language teaching and learning (ELT), language teachers’ training and education, teaching English as a second or foreign language (TESL, TEFL), Applied Linguistics, English Literatures, and English Language Studies which have not been published or are under consideration elsewhere. To be considered for publication, manusricpts should be typed in Microsoft Word document (not in pdf) using the format: using 12 size Cambria fonts; 1,15 cm-spaced on A4-size paper; 8-20 pages in English (excluding References/Work Cited and Consulted). The article will be reviewed by peer-reviewers, while the editors reserve the right to edit articles for format consistency without altering the substance.

Non-Research articles should include: (a) Title; (b) Full name of contributor(s) without title(s), institution, email address; (c) Abstract; (d) Keywords; (e) Introduction; (f) Body; (g) Conclusion, and (g) References. Moreover, Research Articles should contain: (a) Title; (b) Full name of contributor(s) without title(s), institution, email address; (c) Abstract; (d) Keywords; (e) Introduction, which includes review of related literature and research purpose; (f) Method; (g) Result and Discussions; (h) Conclusions; (i) References; and (j) Appendix, if any;

The references should be presented alphabetically and chronologically, and be written in accordance with APA (American Psychological Association) or MLA (Modern Language Association) style. However, the contributor must choose and follow one style (APA or MLA) rule strictly in each article (it is not accepted to use both APA and MLA style in one article).

Manuscripts, as well as contributors’ brief CV, and a number of selected items to be included in the subject index should be emailed to: aksendro@gmail.com. The contributor must also register, login, and submit the manuscript in JETA Journal OJS: http://jurnal.stkippgribl.ac.id/index.php/jeta/user/register.
