Pelatihan Model Dalam Pembelajaran Membaca

Abstract

The target of the implementation of this service activity is the teachers at SMK Negeri 4 OKU. This service activity was held on August 15, 2016. Meeting components in the text to make understanding happen is not as simple as being associated with learning. All of that needs to be taken into consideration when choosing and will use a reading learning model. The solution offered is to introduce a learning model to read to the teacher and provide training in using the model in the reading learning process. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits obtained are to deliver students to be interested in reading, make reading easier, and simple to apply becomes something that is very necessary in learning Indonesian in various schools. If indeed the models are available, the hope of making a "reading tradition", "reading culture", "capable of reading", both in school and society is not impossible. The teachers also get the opportunity to use models in real reading learning guided by the service team involving 12 students in the practice.
