Abstract

The teacher is the main factor that influences student learning. The quality of student learning is very dependent on teacher planning in teaching. One such plan is the preparation of learning devices. Various learning devices are made in full so that they can be used as references in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning. The objectives of the training activities are the teachers of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This service activity was held on October 24, 2016, at the Hall of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This service activity is obtained in the form of knowledge and competence of teachers on how to develop learning tools can be improved. Through training the teacher realizes the importance of careful planning, arranging learning tools to improve the quality of learning. Enthusiasm and motivated teachers are very high to make learning devices before teaching because it will affect student learning outcomes.
