Abstract

Teachers must be able to use Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the benefit of learning and self-development. The teacher component is one of the instrumental inputs that occupies a strategic position, especially task of the teacher in managing learning process that aims to deliver students towards the realization of national education goals. ICTs is an effective and efficient way of conveying information. Many activities in learning can be done by teachers with the help of ICT, including the development of learning resources, making learning plans, delivering teaching materials, evaluating learning, and developing teacher competencies. The target of the implementation of this service activity is children in the Jati Agung region. This service activity was held on October 16, 2017 at Gunung Terang 2 Public Middle School which was attended by 35 participants. From the results of the evaluation, this service activity could provide knowledge about information and communication technology-based learning models.
