Penguatan Literasi pada Siswa di SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya

Abstract

The literacy strengthening training at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya focuses on developing high school students' literacy spirit in wisely receiving information from both print and electronic media. Literacy culture is reinforced to enable students to absorb information effectively and judiciously during reading and writing activities. The objective is to enhance students' ability to manage and comprehend information, as well as to cultivate a love for literacy culture, including reading, writing, speaking, numeracy, and problem-solving in daily life, particularly at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya. This service is conducted through three stages: preparation, program implementation, and evaluation to assess the achievement of the service's outcomes. Literacy mentoring activities at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya include literacy knowledge seminars that enable students to respond to information effectively and judiciously in daily life. The impact of literacy strengthening at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya is an increase in participants' knowledge about various types of literacy and their benefits.
