Abstract

The target of implementing this service activity is the teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This service activity was held on October 28, 2018. The ability of teachers to master technology, both operating and applying various social media in learning is one form of teacher professionalism. It is very important for teachers or educators to be able to keep up with the progress of information and communication technology. The solution offered is to provide social media training in learning Indonesian. From the evaluation results obtained significant benefits, namely teachers can use social media services such as blogs, facebook, and tweeters in the process of achieving Indonesian language learning. For students, unique and interesting learning can foster passion and enthusiasm in receiving lessons. Social media that can be developed in the learning process include Facebook, Twitter, and blog media. By utilizing various social media, in addition to being able to improve capabilities in the field of information and communication technology, it can also increase students' ability to read and write.
