Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Bagi Guru di MTS Raudatul Ulum 3 Kabupaten Kubu Raya

Abstract

Scientific Writing Training for teachers at MTS Raudatul Ulum 3 Kubu Raya Regency was held for two days with the main aim of improving teachers' skills in writing scientific articles. This activity includes various sessions, including theoretical seminars, practical workshops, and group discussions. This training is designed so that participants can understand and apply the basic principles of scientific writing effectively. The evaluation results showed that 95% of the participants succeeded in achieving a good understanding of writing scientific papers. This is reflected in the quality of the presentation which shows a significant increase in their ability to compose scientific articles with structure and content that meets academic standards. These findings indicate that this training was successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of teachers at MTS Raudatul Ulum 3 in scientific writing. It is hoped that this training can become a model for professional development of teachers in other schools, as well as contribute to improving the quality of scientific publications at the basic education level.
