Pelatihan Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia yang Aktif, Kreatif, dan Inovatif Bagi Guru-Guru MGMP Bahasa Indonesia Tingkat SMP Kabupaten Pesawaran

Abstract

This community service activity are to 1) enhance teachers' competencies, 2) improve the quality of learning, 3) increase professionalism, and 4) strengthen the teacher community. The target audience for this service activity consists of 30 MGMP Indonesian language teachers at the junior high school level in Pesawaran Regency. The training is conducted using lecture and practice methods. The lecture method is used to provide explanations about active, creative, and innovative Indonesian language learning materials. The practice method allows teachers to apply the theories they have learned in real learning situations. In this session, participants are directly involved in simulations, lesson planning, and the application of the creative and innovative methods they have learned. The teachers showed a high level of curiosity about this activity, as evidenced by their enthusiastic reception and participation during the event. Overall, the MGMP Indonesian language teachers at the junior high school level in Pesawaran Regency demonstrated an average score of 80 in active, creative, and innovative Indonesian language learning.
