Abstract

The purpose of Community Service in the form of financial management and administration training at the Tower Bandar Lampung Employee Cooperative is not to change the existing system or administration that has been implemented by the Tower Employee Cooperative, but to increase understanding and order and transparency of the work system or procedures in carrying out its operations carried out at the Tower Employee Cooperative. So that all transactions and administration that occur can follow the guidelines and requirements of the cooperative. The importance of this training is given so that cooperative employees, cooperative members, stakeholders and all cooperative users have the skills and abilities in managing finances and administration. The activity which was attended by members and employees of the Tower Bandar Lampung cooperative was held on Monday-Tuesday, May 19-20, 2025 at the Tower Employees cooperative office, Jln. Darussalam Kel. Susunan Baru Bandar Lampung. It took place for 8 hours per day, for 2 days, starting at 08.00 to 16.00 which was attended by all employees. This service activity has relevance to the needs of employees and members regarding cooperative management activities.
