Abstract

Education or learning can be said to run effectively when it can produce changes in the attitudes and behavior of students. To produce these changes at least largely determined by the learning process. The learning process can run optimally when the components in learning can be designed and implemented towards achieving educational or learning goals. one of the efforts that can be made to achieve a learning process that is in line with educational goals is to use innovative learning strategies, methods, approaches, models. Innovative learning is not learning with a completely new learning strategy but the strategy is new to students or teachers, because the learning program has never been done or learning is completely new but the strategy is new to students or teachers, because the learning program has never been done. The intended outcome is to increase participants' knowledge about innovative learning models. Increased knowledge of trainees about the relationship between learning styles and the selection of learning models. increased skills of trainees to choose the right learning model to be applied in the classroom.
