Pelatihan Pembuatan Komik Digital Berbasis Pendidikan Karakter Bagi Guru dan Siswa SD

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the skills of elementary school teachers and students in utilizing digital media through training in creating digital comics based on character education. The training was conducted to support creative learning that instills character values ​​in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. The methods used included socialization of the concept of character education, demonstrations of the use of digital comic applications, and mentoring of comic creation practices by teachers and students. Participants were trained to design storylines, determine character messages, and produce digital comics ready for use in the learning process. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in teachers' understanding of integrating character education into learning media, as well as improved student skills in expressing themselves through digital works. Furthermore, the resulting comics proved effective in attracting learning interest and strengthening understanding of character values. This activity is expected to be sustainable and serve as a model for the use of creative media in elementary school learning.
