Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Online Pembelajaran Berbasis Daring Pada Guru-Guru SMK Negeri 1 Liwa Lampung Barat

Abstract

The Covid-19 epidemic has a major impact on all fronts, including education. Learning must continue to run effectively even though it is implemented virtually (in a network). Various learning problems eventually emerged, related to the readiness of all parties. One of them is the readiness of teachers to manage online learning using various interesting applications/platforms as an effort to create effective, innovative and motivating learning in a global pandemic. The method used in this activity is online training and mentoring as well as discussions to improve teacher competence regarding online-based learning. Participants are given an understanding of the nature of online learning and various applications/platforms that can support its implementation. Participants also practice directly using these various applications according to partner problems and needs. By carrying out this activity, it can increase teacher competence in managing online learning and being able to select and operate innovation applications in order to create effective and enjoyable learning for students in an effort to maximize the achievement of learning objectives.
