Peningkatan Kompetensi Digital Pedagogis Guru Melalui Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence dalam Pembelajaran Adaptif Pada SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung

Abstract

This Community Service Program aimed to improve teachers’ technological literacy and digital competence in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support creative and adaptive learning at SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. Activities included workshops on AI theory and ethics, hands-on training, mentoring, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The needs assessment showed that 68% of teachers were familiar with AI but lacked prompt-writing skills for developing teaching modules, while 75% needed more than five hours to create creative learning media. Results showed that teachers reduced lesson-module preparation time by up to 40% and produced AI-based interactive presentations and digital quizzes. The program produced a practical AI guide for creative teachers, validated AI-based teaching module drafts, and a Digital Learning Community to support the sustainability of digital transformation.
