Abstract

During the Covid pandemic, 19 teachers, especially teachers in early childhood (PAUD), must be able to adapt themselves to face changing systems in the teaching and learning process. The paradigm thinks that the activities of the previous learning process can be done through direct interaction with students, so in the recent time between teachers and students as in the network (online). Therefore, as early childhood educators, they should have an understanding about interacting via distance or online so that the learning objectives through 6 aspects of child development can be achieved. The things that need to be considered in its implementation are, teachers can ensure the availability of good internet applications, both for teachers and for parents,teachers can establish good communication with parents and students, and teachers can create an interesting and fun learning process. The target of the implementation of this training activity is teachers of TK Kartika II-31 Langkapura Bandar Lampung. This training activity was carried out on September 12th, 2020. The result of this service activity was obtained as follows; In practice, long-distance interaction between teachers and students can be well established, lively and fun. Teachers understand and will seriously carry out an effective online learning as expected.
