Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Kas Kecil di Adiksi Coffee Bandar Lampung

Abstract

To ensure cash security, companies generally store cash funds in banks, and for transactions in cash disbursement and receipt activities using checks or other applicable payment methods. However, cash disbursements in practice, not all can be done by check or through other banking transactions. For the company's operating expenses which are relatively small in number will be ineffective if done through checks, so the company requires funds in cash to finance these expenses. For this reason, companies usually form a petty cash fund or what is commonly referred to as Petty Cash. The function of the petty cash fund is very important to support the smooth activities of the company. The purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge and understanding to owners and employees (cashiers) regarding petty cash management. The target of the implementation of this service activity is the owner and employee (cashier) of Adiksi Coffee in Bandar Lampung. This service activity was carried out on Saturday, October 2, 2021 and took place in the Adiksi Coffee office room with 6 participants. The results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service activity include increasing knowledge and understanding of petty cash management.
