Abstract

Teachers or educators are the spearhead of the formation of the character of learners in school. Character formation in education, is a means that can support the ability to learn to students. Improved character formation can affect the self-development of a teacher to be implemented against learners in order to become superior and resilient characters. Stages - stages carried out, among others (1) planning; (2) drafting of the concept; (3) implementation; (4) Evaluation. This activity is provided by trying to instill character by providing training, providing assistance and discussion related to the activities carried out.
