Abstract

To improve the quality of education, efforts must be made to improve teacher performance first. With the increase in performance, other factors that affect the quality of education will be driven to support the improvement in quality. One of the factors that influence teacher performance is discipline. Discipline is an orderly state in which people who are members of an organization submit to existing regulations with pleasure. High levels of teacher discipline will support the creation of better teacher performance Teacher discipline can be seen through the level of attendance of school teachers. The target of the implementation of this service activity is the teachers of the YADIKA Vocational School in Natar. This service activity was held on March 23, 2016 and took place at YADIKA Vocational School, Natar. From the evaluation results, the results and benefits of this service activity were obtained, among others, firstly, the increasing knowledge and understanding of the YADIKA Vocational School teachers related to teacher performance and the second through this activity, the teachers obtained information related to good teacher performance so that the quality education increases.
