Workshop Penyusunan Bahan Ajar Kurikulum Merdeka pada Guru SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung

Abstract

The independent curriculum demands teacher competence that meets competency standards in the industrial revolution era. The various changes that have occurred require the readiness of teachers in all respects to support the implementation of the independent curriculum as an effort to improve the quality of education after the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, this becomes a problem if the readiness of school resources is not directly proportional to the existing demands. Service partners experience problems related to this, where the skills of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung teachers are related to the preparation of teaching materials in the independent curriculum for the SMK level. For this reason, this activity aims to increase teacher skills in compiling teaching materials in the independent curriculum. The community service activity was carried out on Monday 3 October 2022 with participants in the activity, namely teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. Activities in the form of workshops that provide results in the form of an increase in teacher skills in compiling teaching materials in the independent curriculum for the SMK level. In addition, the benefits of other activities are increasing the readiness of partners in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum.
