Study aims to describe clinical supervision and increase the ability of teachers in grades 1-6 using a cooperative model. This is evidenced by the increase in the average score of the lower grade teacher group (A) from the initial score of 40.67, cycle 1 55.33, cycle 2 89.6. Guidance cycle 1 scores 66.67 and 83.33 in cycle 2. Upper grade teacher (B) initial conditions score 48.89, cycle 1 60.00 and cycle 2 86.6. The mentoring process with the active participation of the Principal from the initial conditions has not been implemented ( 0 ), 70.00 in cycle 1 and 86.67 in cycle 2.
