Manuscript Types
IJLHE: International Journal of Language, Humanities, and Education considers manuscripts addressing language, literature, humanities, and education. Submissions must offer a clear scholarly contribution and comply with the journal’s Author Guidelines.
1. Original Research Articles
These articles report original findings from quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research. Eligible approaches include experimental studies, surveys, case studies, classroom action research, research and development, and analyses of texts, documents, or discourse.
Manuscripts should present the research problem, relevant literature, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions. Research procedures and evidence must be sufficiently detailed to support the findings.
2. Review Articles
These articles critically synthesise existing scholarship on a clearly defined topic. IJLHE considers systematic reviews, scoping reviews, meta-analyses, and critical narrative reviews.
Reviews must explain how literature was identified and selected, evaluate the evidence, and identify implications or research gaps. A descriptive list of previous studies without critical synthesis is insufficient.
3. Conceptual and Theoretical Articles
These articles develop, examine, or refine concepts, theories, or frameworks relevant to the journal’s scope. They should present a clear problem, a coherent argument supported by relevant scholarship, and an identifiable contribution to knowledge or practice.
Submission Requirements
Authors should identify the manuscript type in their cover letter. All submissions undergo editorial screening and, when suitable, peer review. Formatting, length, referencing, and ethical requirements follow the journal’s Author Guidelines.
